What you'll be doing
Manage admin of all H&S/compliance recording and reporting.
Liaise with outside partners such as Insurers, RIDDOR etc where appropriate
Manage uploading of documents relating to incidents and accidents
Gather and input data for reporting purposes
Manage time sensitive recording, reporting and actions.
What you'll need
Essential;
- Ability to work confidently with a variety of online systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to time scales and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative experience
Desirable;
- Previous compliance work
- Previous experience of reporting to legislative bodies
