Bhavisha

My journey at Storal has taken me from Nursery Manager to Area Manager, and now into my role as a Regional Education Coach. When I returned from maternity leave, I was supported to explore a new role that suited both my experience and this stage of my life. This transition has allowed me to continue developing my career while working closely with teams across multiple nurseries to strengthen practice and support high-quality education.

Tom

I began my journey with Storal as a Nursery Manager and have moved across into a Training Assessor role in which I coach and guide apprentices through their qualifications. The transition came after a personal struggle in which Storal fully supported me and gave me the opportunity to find a flexible balance that worked for my circumstances.

After returning from maternity leave with twins, I was able to shape my career to suit my life, continuing as an educator at Ashby on a part-time schedule. Storal's flexibility has given me the support I need to balance work and family while still developing in my role.
