What happens after I apply?

The Storal Recruitment Process

If you are shortlisted as a potential candidate, you’ll receive an email to agree a time to tell us all about your experience. We will provide you with an insight into what we can offer you. You’ll be able to ask us any questions too.

Where possible you would visit the Nursery for your interview, this would enable you to understand the different rooms and setups for different age groups and importantly meet the team.

If successful and a job offer is made, you’ll be asked for relevant documentation and qualifications to complete the compliance and onboarding steps before starting with us.

We actively encourage our staff teams to bring their whole, authentic selves to work.
