About Storal
Storal is a leading nursery group with over 50 settings across England, recently doubling in size through the acquisition of Children 1st Nurseries. With ambitious growth plans, we’re embracing digital transformation to better serve our families and teams. Since early 2024, we’ve been upgrading to cloud-based solutions, aiming for full integration by the end of 2025.
Storal is an evolving business from a technology maturity point of view, we are scaling with the business and business is scaling rapidly. We need to use systems, process and people at the heart of our technology journey to help us succeed in delivering a great platform for our business.
The Digital Systems Programme is a collection of projects that has been run during 2025 to implement a new Finance system (Sage Intacct) and a new Human Resources system (Deel) across the whole business, and to extend the use of Storal’s Nursery Management system (Famly) and Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot) across a newly acquired part of the business. It also included the company’s Communications and Engagement platform (Yoobic) which was launched earlier in the year.
We are now seeking someone to join the team, handover from the transformation team and take the applications forward whilst ensuring that business-as-usual continues smoothly and we are adopting the new processes and systems to their most effective running state.
