Area: South East- Home/Field based
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £13.80-£14.05 per hour

About the role:
- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare
- Manage a caseload of learners, conduct remote and face to face observations to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.
- Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, reviews, learner progression, quality paperwork and general administration
About you:
- A true love for child development and care
- Able and willing to work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively
- High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Must haves:
- Must hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)
- A minimum of 1 years' experience of assessing Childcare / Early Years Apprenticeship Standards.
- Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/above) within Early Years.
- Solid occupational experience within the Childcare sector (Early Years - Nursery based).
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Confident in using online systems/platforms/Teams
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel. Covering the following areas-
