- Supporting the Recruitment team in understanding staffing needs and role requirements across our early years settings.
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, recruitment fairs, and CV databases.

- Coordinating interviews (both virtual and in-person), ensuring logistics are seamless.
- Communicating clearly and regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing candidate data in the applicant tracking system (TeamTailor), ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Drafting and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conducting and coordinating all pre-employment and safer recruitment checks, including:
- Ensuring onboarding documentation is complete and compliant prior to start dates.
- Supporting shared team inboxes – monitoring, flagging, and archiving as required.
- Representing Storal at external recruitment events and job fairs.
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of job descriptions and interview guides.
- Staying up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices within the Early Years sector.

- A clear understanding of Safer Recruitment practices and relevant legislation in Early Years and education.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
